Kristin Smith is the National Patient Navigator for the Oncofertility Consortium. Kristin, an expert in all aspects of the fertility preservation process, can link you to the Consortium Clinic in closest proximity to your home. There are 18 hospitals throughout the country that are members of the consortium.
